How do I store the products?

Store in a cool dry place, sealed.

What can I use to rim my glass with for the product to stick to it?

Simple syrup, lime, lemon,  or any citrus of your choice.  Glass should be on the sticky side and less watery for best adherence to the glass.  See the rimming videos on our Instagram page for more instructions: https://instagram.com/tinisandthingss

My product has some clumps in it, is it still good?

We don't believe in using additives, so we don't use silicon dioxide which is common in a lot of foods for anti-caking. Shake the bag well before using to break up the "clumps", and store well sealed in a cool dry place.

Can I add the unused product I poured out, back into the back since I didn't use it all?

No, the moisture introduced to it when dipping your glass will cause it to clump up. 

Can I track my order?

Yes, we provide tracking information for all orders. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

What flavors do you offer?

We offer a diverse range of unique flavors including Lemon Drop, Mango Tamarind, Strawberry Tamarind, Blueberry Lavender, Raspberry Lemon, Citrus Smash, and Triple Berry. We also have a Salt Collection, and a Coffee & dessert Collection, each with its own unique and exciting flavors.

How can I use your cocktail rimmers?

Our cocktail rimmers are designed to enhance the flavor and presentation of your cocktails. They can be used to rim the glass of your favorite cocktail, adding an extra layer of flavor and a beautiful finish. They can also be used with beverages, fruits, yogurts, and cupcakes. For your coffee, put some whipped cream on top and sprinkle your favorite coffee topping on top, or stir it in.

Where can I buy Tinis' & Things cocktail rimmers?

Our cocktail rimmers are available for purchase online at tinisandthings.com. You can also find them in some bars, restaurants, and at local Las Vegas food and beverage festivals. We are also on TikTok, Facebook and Instagram.

How are your cocktail rimmers packaged?

Our cocktail rimmers are packaged in resealable bags to maintain freshness. Each bag contains enough rimmer for approximately 20 cocktails.

How much do your cocktail rimmers cost?

Each bag of our cocktail rimmers is ranged from $6.00 to $10.00 for our 3.5oz sizes, and up for our 8oz bags.

Are your products allergen-free?

All of our cocktail rimmers are made in a facility that handles nuts, and therefore, we cannot guarantee that they are free from nut traces. We recommend that people with nut allergies exercise caution.

Are your products made following food safety standards?

Yes, we produce our cocktail rimmers in a commercial kitchen following all FDA guidelines. Our packaging is also done in compliance with FDA guidelines and includes proper labeling and nut allergy warnings.

Do you offer wholesale pricing or partnerships with bars and restaurants?

Yes, we are open to establishing partnerships with bars and restaurants and offer our products as part of their cocktail menus. Please contact us for more details on wholesale pricing and partnerships.

What is your shipping policy?

We ship all our products domestically within the United States. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and shipping times vary between 3-7 business days depending on the destination. Standard shipping rates apply, with free shipping available on orders over a specific value.

What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of receiving your order. A full refund will be provided, excluding shipping costs.
